🔑 Adrian – Your Dedicated On-Site Host

When you arrive at the apartment, you’ll be greeted by another warm and happy face. Adrian will be your personal host throughout your stay. Having lived in Santa Maria since 2010, he knows every hidden gem, local hotspot, and secret corner of the island. Fun fact: he is also a fantastic real estate agent—in fact, we bought our apartments through him! On top of that, Adrian is a professional photographer, videographer, and drone pilot.

🧹 Mirla – Our Housekeeping Rock

Mirla is our absolute rock! She takes care of the professional cleaning for both the Beach House and the Pool House. Because our properties sit right on the beautiful beach, it’s completely normal for a little sand to find its way indoors.

If you would like to arrange an extra refresh or mid-stay cleaning during your holiday, Mirla has you covered. For just €5, she will beautifully clean the floors, freshly remake the beds, and ensure everything looks immaculate again.

⛵ Gerard & Germaine – Your Hosts & Founders

In 2019, we traveled to Cape Verde for the very first time. Coming from a background of running a successful yachting business in Greece, we originally visited Sal to scout the local sailing conditions.

And guess what happened? We fell in love with the island instantly! Within just six months, we became the proud and happy owners of the Beach House and the Pool House.
