During your stay, your contact person in Santa Maria is Adrian.
He will hand over the keys, and you can reach him at the following number: +238 91 986 16.
We are private owners—this is our beloved “home away from home”. Because we care deeply about our apartment, we truly appreciate it if you treat it with the same care as your own home.
To ensure a smooth arrival and key handover, please send us the following details via email to info@beachhousecaboverde.com:
Mobile number: (for WhatsApp contact on the island).
Arrival: Date, flight number, and arrival time.
Departure: Date, flight number, and departure time.
Bed setup: Do you prefer a double bed or single beds? We will make them up accordingly.
Airport transfer: Let us know if you want us to arrange a taxi. You can find all rates and luggage guidelines on our Transfer Page.
You will land at Amilcar Cabral International Airport. The drive to the house takes about 20 minutes (18 kilometers).
⏱️ Check-In Time: Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00).
📞 Contact Adrian (+238 91 986 16): Send Adrian a WhatsApp message as soon as you land on Sal. Feel free to keep in touch with him, as you might be able to check in earlier if the cleaning is finished ahead of schedule!
🚗 Your driver Ildo: If requested, we will book a transfer with our trusted driver Ildo (the man with the best smile on the island!). Check the current transfer rates on our website and send us an email to book.
🏄♂️ Note on luggage: Travelling with more than 5 people or heavy surf/foil gear? We will gladly reserve 2 taxis for you.
🔑 Getting your keys: You will be dropped off at the Leme Bedje complex in Santa Maria, where Adrian will be waiting to welcome you, hand over the keys, and show you around.
🌙 Late arrivals: Arriving late is no problem at all, as long as you use our transfer service so our driver can hand over the keys to you safely.
