Welcome to our beachfront penthouse loft, situated just 10 meters from the sand and 30 meters from the sea. From the spacious balcony, beautifully overgrown with colorful bougainvillea, you can comfortably relax in the sun or unwind in the cool shade.

Watch the wind- and kitesurfers dance across the waves, and if you are lucky, you might even spot dolphins or whales playing in the deep blue waters. On a clear day, the sandy beaches of our neighboring island, Boa Vista, appear on the horizon.

Our wonderful loft offers the absolute best of both worlds. It is nestled in a quiet, peaceful beachfront area where you will enjoy complete privacy with no direct neighbors, yet the bustling, lively city center of Santa Maria is just a two-minute stroll away.

All popular water sports—from surfing and kiting to diving and stand-up paddling—can be seen directly from your terrace, making it incredibly easy to plan your next adventure. Plus, arriving here is a breeze, as the airport is just a short 20-minute drive away.

Inside, the spacious living room is bathed in natural light, beautifully modern and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will find a flat-screen TV, a strong and reliable internet connection, full air conditioning, and a well-stocked, light open kitchen.

A charming wooden staircase leads you up to the second floor, where the cozy bedrooms and a practical bathroom with a washing machine are located.
