HOW TO BOOK THE TRANSFERS

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:

• Nighttime rates apply to late-night & early-morning transfers.
• The standard night rate is € 25.
• For larger groups requiring extra capacity, a supplement of € 5 extra per ride is added to the standard daytime rate.

🏄 SPECIAL SPORTS EQUIPMENT (KITE & SURF GEAR)

• Traveling with surfboards or kite gear?
• Rates start from € 30.
• Please specify your equipment when contacting Adrian so he can secure
  a properly sized vehicle and confirm the final rate.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR ARRIVAL

Reply to Adrian with these details to calculate your transfer rate
and organize keys:

1. Total number of people in your group
2. Mobile telephone number (for WhatsApp contact)
3. Arrival details (day, flight number, time)
4. Departure details (day, flight number, time)
5. Explicit transfer confirmation if you want us to book it
6. Exact luggage details (large/normal suitcases & sportsgear)
7. Bed Configuration: Choose double bed or single beds option so we can prepare your room.

FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN OPTIONS

In order to ensure a comfortable and safe transfer and a smooth check in we highly recommend you allow us to book your transport for you.

• Arriving Late? A late check-in is never an issue when you book your transfer with us. We hand over your key directly to your driver, who will ensure you get into your room safely.

• Arriving Early? Possible if the room is available. Share your flight details with Adrian; he will monitor your schedule and keep you updated!
